Our 10 step carpet cleaning process

Step 1- Inspection

Carpet cleaning is a delicate process, whether it’s your home, office, warehouse or gym club, Pete’s carpet cleaners inspect the place before commencing work, making sure all breakables are removed together with small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes etc.

Step 2- Pre-inspection

We pride ourselves on treating your home as if it were our own. After the inspection stage, our team of supervisors will perform pre-inspection making sure that everything is proper and as well noting carpet soiling conditions

Step 3- Furniture moving

Carpet cleaning is a delicate process, after the pre-inspection stage, the furniture is removed. Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully removed for maximum cleaning results. During the carpet cleaning process your furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tables.

Step 4- Pre-vacuum

This is one of our important stage. As needed your carpets will be pre-vacuumed to remove dry soil.

Step 5- Pre-Spot

Traffic spots are pretreated for maximum dirt removal.

Step 6-Pre-Spray

As traffic areas tend to have the toughest stains, we pretreat these areas with a biodegradable, environmentally friendly biodegradable traffic lane treatment.

Step 7- Extract and rinse

Once the inspection, pre-inspection, furniture removal, pre spot and pre spray stages are complete, our mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. During this process pressure and heat are regulated to prevent the carpet from being over wet.

Stage 8- Neutralizer

According to the manufactures of carpets, the neutralizing stage is very significant stage in carpet cleaning. It’s accomplished during the rinsing process.

Stage 9- Post groom and speed dry

This is the carpet drying stage, it is achieved by setting the carpets pile in one direction to aid the drying process and placing high velocity movers on the carpet to lessen the drying time.

Stage 10- Post Cleaning inspection

After the cleaning process is done, our supervisor will first inspect the carpets ensuring the work has been properly done.
